Robert Livonius is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Medfinders, Inc., a portfolio company of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS). Under his leadership, Medfinders has expanded to provide the industry’s most comprehensive range of healthcare workforce solutions including nurse, allied health and physician staffing services, and homecare services. Livonius is also responsible for developing the company’s workforce solutions division into the largest provider of healthcare Managed Staffing Programs (MSPs) in the industry. Prior to joining Medfinders (formerly Nursefinders) in July 2003, Livonius served as Chief Operating Officer for publicly-held Spherion Corp. Patrick McColpin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Medfinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of healthcare personnel services. He joined the company in January 2005. McColpin has extensive experience in acquisitive business environments. He previously served as CFO of National Product Services, CFO of Mattress Giant Corporation, and CFO of international engineering firm Greiner Engineering.
Roy Butler is Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Medfinders, Inc. He joined the company in February 1999 as Vice President of Information Services and was named CIO in June 2000. Butler’s career spans over 30 years of information systems management experience including healthcare, finance, operations, and point-of-care product development. He previously served as Vice President, Physix’s Home Care Division; Vice President, Medical Innovations Home Health and Infusion Service; and Information Services Director, Home Medical Support Services. Butler’s vision in the development of SingleSource® managed staffing software is instrumental in making Medfinders a leader in the industry.
Laura Fisher is Vice President, Human Resources of Medfinders, Inc. Fisher joined the company in December 1994 as Director of Human Resources and was named to her current role in January 1998. She has more than 25 years experience in human resources with the majority of her career in the staffing and patient healthcare industries. Prior to joining Medfinders, Fisher was Human Resource Manager for Bank One and Foley’s Department Stores.
Denise Deans-Graf serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Staffing for Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of per diem and local contract nurses, since joining the company in September 2004. She has operational responsibility for Medfinders’ SingleSource® division, which is the largest provider of healthcare Managed Staffing Programs (MSPs) in the nation. Deans-Graf has over 20 years of staffing industry experience, including serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for Spherion’s Northern Division, the top operational Vice President role for Interim Healthcare, and Vice President for Adecco.
Linda Sheffield is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Patient Care services for Nursefinders, Inc., responsible for homecare operations across the U.S. since joining the company in May 2008. Sheffield has more than 26 years of experience in the healthcare staffing and home health industries, including serving as Divisional Vice President, Eastern operations for Tender Loving Care Home Healthcare, Area Vice President of Clinical Operations for Gentiva Health Services, and Regional Vice President for Medical Staffing Network.
Christian Rutherford serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Medfinders Physician Staffing and oversees all aspects of the physician staffing operations, including strategy development, expansion of existing and new service offerings, business development, and overall financial performance. He joined the company in 2009. Before joining Medfinders, Rutherford served as President of RN Network, a large travel nurse staffing company. Prior to that, Rutherford was President of physician staffing company Weatherby Locums.
Lawrence Kraska serves as President, Medfinders Travel Operations and oversees Medfinders’ nurse and allied travel operations under the Club Staffing, National Healthcare Staffing, and Nursefinders Travel brands. He joined the Medfinders management team through the acquisition of Club Staffing in June 2006, where he has served as CEO since November 2001. Kraska has over 20 years of diversified healthcare management experience in the areas of healthcare staffing, hospital administration, physician practice management, recruiting, operations, and outpatient services. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of publicly-traded Physicians’ Specialty Corp., and a Principal with V4 Consulting, a national healthcare strategy and operations management consulting firm acquired by PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He also serves on the Board of National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO).
Jeff Decker serves as President of Resources On Call, a leading provider of nationwide allied travel services acquired by Medfinders in April 2008. Decker has over 20 years of experience with the healthcare industry beginning with the branding of Humana while with McCann Erickson, the world’s largest and most globally experienced advertising network. Prior to joining Resources on Call in 2002, he founded Decker Advertising, serving brands including: Bloomingdales, JC Penney, Gap, Target, and Resources on Call.
